Greek Week
Greek Week, which began sometime in the late 1950s, takes place every March and is meant to bring all Greek councils together to raise funds for a community event. In recent years, the week has focused primarily on raising money for Isla Vista Elementary. Each year the week’s activities vary, but typically they include charity work, a fundraiser, a carnival, a variety of sporting events, and social night-time events.
As UC Santa Barbara graduates and friends of the university, we each have our own image of UCSB. What we studied, where we lived, when we graduated; our campus experiences shaped us all. Let us know the memories you cherish. We look forward to reading your memories.
