Thank you so much for your interest in hiring UC Santa Barbara graduates at your company. The tradition of Gauchos hiring Gauchos in the workplace not only supports the careers of other UCSB alumni but also plays a role in maintaining a sense of UCSB community post-graduation.   The Alumni Association is delighted to provide, free of charge, visibility for your employment opportunities to our over 20,000 members on our UCSB Alumni Linkedin site.

As a member of UCSB Alumni Linkedin it is very easy for you to post jobs on the site. If you are not a member of UCSB Alumni Linkedin, please create a profile and join!

1. Log on to the UCSB Alumni Linkedin  group page. 
2.    You'll see a field that says "Start a discussion or share something with the group.
               Click on this field.
               Select the "JOB" button.
3. Click on the “Jobs” link
4. Place the title of the job, the name of the employer and the location of the job in the first field box that is limited to 200 characters.
5. Hit your tab key when you have completed this first field and in the second field box enter all the job details.
   

   When posting your job description, please ensure it includes the following:

   Job name and any reference number
   Company name
   Job location
   Job description
   Desired qualities
   Company website
   Contact Information/instructions for applying
   Application deadline

   Of course, any other relevant information is welcome.

6. Click on the blue “Share” button below the second field box and your job will go live.
